Whether you're a new customer placing your first order with us, or you have purchased from us before, we want to make sure that ordering at Nozomidirect.com is as fun and easy as possible.

Placing your first order

Placing your first order with Nozomidirect.com is a simple process, but does require a few minutes of your time.

By simply following the links to the left of each page you can navigate through the different types of food that Nozomi Direct offers. When you have found a food that you would like to purchase click the "buy now" button and the item will be automatically added to your shopping cart. You will then have the option of continuing to shop or checking out. When you begin checkout you will be asked to provide your name, mailing address and credit card information all of which is done on a secure page. Follow the steps through checkout and you're order is complete. You will receive notification via email that your order has been completed. Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed.

Telephone Orders may be placed from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday Pacific Standard Time by calling 1.800.827.5819. You can also fax an order 24 hours a day to 425-486-9065 or simply purchase online by following the "Order Now" links to the left.

Orders may be pre-paid by Visa, Visa Check Card, MasterCard or by Pay Pal. Nozomi Direct does not ship COD.


Shipping Information

Nozomi Direct ships all of it's packages with FedEx Home Delivery Service to any street address in the continental U.S. If a faster delivery service is required or shipment outside of the continental U.S. is required, Nozomi Direct can ship via FedEx Second Day Air or FedEx Overnight for expedited delivery to a street address in all 50 states or Canada. (This service does require additional cost) Call 1-800-827-5819 for assistance with orders outside of the U.S. or for assistance with faster delivery services.

Delivery Time

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. After placing your order, you will see both shipping and delivery date estimates along with a FedEx tracking number in your order confirmation e-mail.

    Return Policy

    Within 14 days of receipt of your order, you may return any hard good in its original condition and packaging for a full refund or exchange - whichever you prefer. Please note that we will refund the shipping cost only if the return was a result of our own mistake.

    Please note that we do not accept returns on any of the following:

    • Opened Koi Food
    • Products that have visible signs of abuse, misuse or damage

    Nozomi Direct reserves the right to charge a 30% restocking fee for items returned blemished or used.
